Known for my down-to-earth manner and ability to get people to the negotiating table, I remain fully committed to change and project management since 2008 when I decided to enter the profession.
Following a solid start in the treasury world, I began focusing on the transformation of new ideas into reality, and how to better manage the human aspects. Thanks to repeated exposure on projects in different business areas and with international teams, I have seen what is effective, and what is not.
